RSX first concept debuted at SEMA 2001 and updated to reflect the significant changes made to the Acura RSX 2005. Concept RSX features a platform that has widened five inches compared to stock, with aggressive styling body kits, wings, carbon fiber front and rear spoilers and HID headlights. It is in the race suspension settings, large 19-inch “black chrome” wheels, prototype Michelin F1 tires and Brembo brakes. Inside, fully customized interior carbon fiber accents, race-style instrument panel and custom gauge cluster.
